VP NOLI ON FVR's STATEMEN AT EDSA RITES

Ang People power celebration ay mahalaga sa ating mga Pilipino, lalu na sa akin, na isang beteranong broadcaster, sapagkat ang EDSA ang nagbalik ng kalayaan sa pamamahayag.

As VP and as a Filipino, I fulfilled my duties by attending the EDSA Rites and ceremonies this morning, getting together with the heroes of EDSA. I would like to point out as well that I have been an attendee of the past EDSA celebrations. If not for the short notice given to my office I would have wanted to stay longer at the event. But there is another engagement I had to attend, in my capacity as Chairman of HUDCC.
